Four we've actually built.

Real Range AI builds. Client names are kept generic on this page on purpose — what matters is what the AI actually does, what it plugs into, and what comes out the other end. Happy to arrange a reference call on the discovery call.

01 — Regional services business

Invoices and job records, drafted and filed automatically.

An email- and invoice-processing system for a regional services business. Email lands in their Microsoft 365 inbox; the AI reads it, works out what it is, and drafts the right action — raise or adjust an invoice in Xero, attach the right receipt to the right job in ServiceM8, file the documents to Dropbox. The operator sees each action queued on a one-click review screen and approves before any real write happens. Around one month of build to ship; running in production on dedicated infrastructure with their own accounts.

Integrations: Microsoft 365 · Xero · ServiceM8 · Dropbox Status: production, currently live
02 — Multi-tenant civil / geotechnical engineering

Test results and survey requests, filed into the right project automatically.

Built for civil and geotechnical engineering firms. The AI captures test results and survey requests as they come in by email from labs and field teams, reads each document, pulls out the structured fields, and files the record against the right project in the firm's project-management software. No more manual sorting between projects, no more spreadsheets-of-spreadsheets. Multi-tenant: one hosted system serves multiple engineering firms cleanly.

Integrations: Inbound email · document extraction · project-management software Status: production
03 — Major infrastructure project

From the spec stack to finished ITPs and management plans.

A document workspace for an earthworks team on a major infrastructure project. Two things in one place. First, it answers questions about the project's engineering standards and contract documents — the team asks, the assistant answers with the right citation from the actual standards (no more flipping through PDFs to find the clause). Second, you drop in the supporting documents — drawings, surveys, specs, supplier docs — and the assistant produces the documents the team has to deliver: Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs), management plans, registers, schedules, the whole stack of paperwork a major project demands. Drop the inputs in; get the finished documents out. Running in production for the earthworks team.

Outputs: ITPs · management plans · project registers · schedules · spec-cited answers Status: production, currently live
04 — Range AI itself

The business itself runs on its own AI.

Range AI is mostly run by Range AI. Customer discovery calls flow in through Calendly and land as structured records automatically. Referral codes get attributed automatically. Invoices are drafted in Xero off the back of each engagement. Marketing pages and ad copy are largely Claude-built. The operator approves the human decisions — pricing, who to take on, which messaging to ship — but the admin layer of running the business is itself an AI install of the same shape we sell to our customers. If we couldn't do it for ourselves, we wouldn't sell it.

Integrations: Calendly · Xero · Microsoft 365 · Meta Ads · Google Workspace Status: production, currently live
