This page explains how to delete the data Range AI holds for the accounts you connect — including your Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn pages.

What Range AI actually holds

Very little, by design. For a connected page or account, the only data we retain is:

• the encrypted access token needed to publish on your behalf;
• the account identifier that token belongs to (for example a Facebook Page id and the linked Instagram account id); and
• an audit record of posts made at your request.

We do not store your posts' content beyond publishing it, your audience or followers, your insights, your comments, or your messages. There is no profile of you to delete — only the token and the audit record.

How to delete it

1. Disconnect in your Range AI portal (instant). Sign in at api.rangeai.com.au, open Connections, and disconnect the page or account. This immediately revokes and erases the stored token.
2. Revoke at the source. You can also remove Range AI's access from the platform directly — Facebook/Instagram via Settings → Business integrations, LinkedIn via Settings → Permitted services.
3. Email us for full erasure. To delete your token, your audit history, and your Range AI account entirely, email [email protected] with the connected account. We action requests within 30 days and confirm by reply.
