Terms of Service

Effective 17 May 2026 · Range AI, Toowoomba, Queensland, Australia · [email protected]

These terms apply to all Range AI applications, the customer portal, the hosted assistant endpoint, and every connected-service integration. By using Range AI or connecting a third-party account you agree to them.

The service

Range AI lets you connect your own accounts (for example Google / Gmail, Microsoft 365, Xero, Calendly, HubSpot, Stripe) so an AI assistant can perform tasks you request against them. You decide which services to connect and which permissions to grant.

Your responsibilities

Data

How we handle data from connected services is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.

Availability and warranties

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Automated actions are best-effort; review important outcomes.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Range AI is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss, or for loss arising from actions taken through connected services at your instruction. Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law.

Termination

You may stop using the service and disconnect any provider at any time. We may suspend access for misuse or to protect the service or other users.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia.

Changes

We may update these terms; the effective date above will change and, for material changes, we will take reasonable steps to notify connected customers.
